Experiment 1: Students placed equal Elodea sprigs in sealed flasks under red, green, or blue LED light for 2 h at 22°C. They counted oxygen bubbles per minute after 10 min dark adaptation. Experiment 2: The same species was tested at 15°C, 22°C, or 29°C under identical blue light. Bubble rate was averaged over the final 30 min. CO2 concentration and flask volume were matched in both experiments.
