- What is Level Check?
- A short multistage (MST) sitting — a few routing questions, then a module at your level. It is prep-only efficiency, not a substitute for a Full Run.
- What is a season pass?
- A fixed bundle for one prep season (e.g. Spring Pass before June tests): Full Run + Level Check + section flights. Use credits before the season ends; micropay still available anytime.
- What is your refund policy?
- Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 7 days if you have not started a practice session that used them. Partially used bundles and season passes are not refundable. See our full Refund Policy for details.
